Please order at least 3 days before you arrive in Japan. To allow extra time for bad weather or busy periods, we recommend ordering earlier.
Room-temperature items are held at the office for up to 7 days, counted from the day the parcel is available for pickup. Parcels left beyond this period may be returned, so please collect yours as soon as possible. This does not apply to refrigerated and certain other items. Please refer to Yamato Transport’s official rules for details.
Please bring your passport and your waybill number (tracking number). If the office has any additional requirements, please follow the instructions of the counter staff.
We recommend that you pick up the parcel yourself. If someone else needs to collect it on your behalf, please contact us or check with the office in advance.
You can search for offices by area on the Yamato Transport website or on a map. Please note down the office’s name, address, phone number and opening hours, and enter them as your delivery address when placing your order.
Enter your name in Roman letters exactly as it appears on your passport, use a phone number that can reach you in Japan, and enter the office’s address as the delivery address. In the notes field, enter “ヤマト運輸 [office name] 営業所止め”. Please copy the office name and address directly from the official website or a map.
Please first use your tracking number to confirm that your parcel has arrived at the office, then visit during opening hours. Opening hours and closing days vary by office, so please check in advance.
