Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Received products with initial defects or quality issues
- Received products that do not match the order
※ In principle, return or exchange requests due to personal reasons (such as dislike, placing the wrong order, etc.) will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Products must remain in unopened and unused condition.
- Hygiene-related items such as e-liquids, pods, and disposable products cannot be returned once opened or used.
- Please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

- After confirming the situation, we will provide the return address.
Shipping Fee Policy
- Returns due to product quality issues or incorrect shipment: Shipping costs will be borne by us.
- Returns approved exceptionally due to personal reasons: Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Refund Policy
- After the returned products are confirmed to be in order, we will complete the refund within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Hygiene-related products such as e-liquids, pods, and disposable e-cigarettes.
- Customized products or items produced according to your personalized requirements.
