Return Conditions
- Products must remain unopened and unused
 - Hygiene-sensitive items such as e-liquids, pods, and disposable devices cannot be returned once opened or used
 - Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product

 - After confirmation, we will provide you with the return address
 
Shipping Fees
- Returns due to quality issues or incorrect items: Shipping costs will be covered by us
 - Returns due to personal reasons (if exceptionally approved): Shipping costs must be borne by the customer
 
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is verified
 - Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used when placing the order

- Opened or used products
 - Hygiene-sensitive items such as e-liquids, pods, and disposable e-cigarettes
 - Customized or personalized products made to order
