1. Is shipping free? Yes. We provide free shipping services for all orders sent to any location across Japan, allowing you to easily enjoy the convenience of direct overseas delivery.
2. Why might my order be split into different packages for delivery? This is to ensure that your package passes through Japan Customs 100% legally and smoothly. According to strict Japan Customs regulations for “individual import for personal use,” the total volume of nicotine-containing e-liquid per shipment must not exceed 120ml (approximately equivalent to 20 boxes of RELX pods). If the quantity of your single purchase exceeds the customs exemption limit, we will proactively split your order into multiple packages and ship them in batches at no extra cost to avoid the risk of the package being returned. Your packages may be delivered by safe and reliable logistics carriers such as Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport (Kuroneko), or international dedicated logistics lines.
3. When will I receive my order after placing it? To strictly comply with Japan’s regulatory policies on nicotine-containing e-cigarettes, all our products are shipped directly to you from overseas bonded warehouses (not shipped from within Japan).
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 days (approx. 1–2 weeks). This timeframe already includes international transit and Japan Customs clearance time. Once the package is dispatched, we will provide you with a fully trackable logistics number so you can keep track of the latest status of your shipment. Please note that during international logistics peak periods or routine customs inspections, the delivery time may fluctuate slightly. We appreciate your patience.
4. What if my order encounters an anomaly or is lost during transit? We provide full transit protection for all orders that comply with “individual import” standards. As long as you use a real personal name and a private residential address when placing your order (please do not use company or shop addresses, or false aliases), customs detention is extremely rare. If a package is lost during transit due to logistics company reasons, or is returned due to customs clearance anomalies caused by force majeure, we will reship your order for free after verifying the situation. 5. Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes? In the vast majority of cases, you do not need to pay any additional fees. According to the preferential policies of Japan Customs regarding “individual imports,” packages with a total value (including shipping) of less than 16,666 JPY are usually exempt from customs duties and consumption tax. If your single order amount is high and it is selected for a routine inspection by customs, a small amount of import duties or related fees may be incurred. These fees are collected by the local Japan Customs and must be borne by the recipient. Therefore, we recommend that if you are purchasing a large quantity, you split your purchase into multiple orders with amounts under 16,666 JPY.
